There are many different effective ways to take Colon Cleanse. The 2 most effective times we have found to take it are with dinner and or before bed.
A calorie is not a calorie. For example calories from protein will be used differently by the body than calories form sugar(chocolate).
So sure you can still lose weight if you eat some chocolate now and then, but taking a weight loss supplement doesn't give you permission to all of a sudden increase your consumption of sugar.
If you want to eat chocolate then eat a small portion and have it before a workout or before lunch time so you will have more chance of burning the sugar throughout the day.
We have had people lose 2kg in their first week of taking it, and also had people lose only half a kilo. So it depends on how well your body reacts to it and also what else you are doing to compliment it: diet, exercise.
At the same time there is no guarantee you will lose weight as results vary from person to person. It is our recommendation that you maintain a healthy eating regime and exercise schedule to get the best results.
I'm sure there's a way to lose 10kg in 2 weeks, but first of all it wouldn't be 10kg of fat, it would be some water weight and probably some muscle also.
And losing this kind of weight so quickly is not healthy for the body. We would suggest you increase your exercise, and also intensity.
And also reduce overall calories, eat more green vegetables and protein and try and eliminate all processed foods such a bread, pastries, cereal etc. And if you want to drop water then reduce sodium(salt) intake.
