The Weight Loss Benefits of Apple Cider and Garcinia Cambogia

In 1623 William Blackstone was credited with planting the first apple tree in Boston, USA. Apples were originally used to eat, for their juice and then apples were fermented and turned into apple cider, some of this apple cider was fermented further and apple cider vinegar was created.

Apple cider was originally used as an immune tonic or digestive aid. More recently apple cider vinegar has been found to have weight loss benefits such as:

  • Lowering blood sugar levels leading to reduced cravings.
  • Boosting the body's metabolism and ability to break down fat.
  • Improves digestion and reduces bloating.

The combination of Garcinia Cambogia with Apple Cider Vinegar works to boost the body's metabolism whilst targeting fat storage instead of carbohydrates. Garcinia Cambogia is a natural fruit extract derived from the Tamarind fruit.

The active ingredient in Garcinia is called HCA (Hydroxy Citric Acid), this is the ingredient that does all of the work when it comes to fat loss.
