✖️MORNING MATCHA OATS
It's time to Kick-Start your day with this superfood oats packed with health benefits from Matcha and MCT.
Ingredients (makes 1 bowl):
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp matcha powder (start with 1 tsp to see how intense you like)
1 cup almond/soy/oat milk
1 tsp stevia or sweetener of choice
1 scoop Collagen Creamer
1. Place everything except the Matcha Powder and Collagen + MCT into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium, stir frequently, and cook until desired consistency.
3. Turn off the heat and stir in matcha powder MCT . Serve with toppings of choice
