Apple Cider Vinegar, risks, benefits and types

Apple Cider Vinegar has been used as a folk remedy over centuries promoting such health benefits as:

  • boosting immune system,
  • assisting with weight loss
  • killing bacteria and germs

We could go on and on but these are just a few main ones.

Traditionally apple cider vinegar(ACV) only came in a liquid form, too much of the liquid poses the risk of of possible injury to soft tissues of the mouth, throat, stomach and kidneys. Not to mention the taste..

Recently however apple cider vinegar has arrived in tablet form, delivering all of the positive benefits of the liquid with none of the negative effects. Tablets can be taken at meal times and so far the feedback has been outstanding. Apart from the immune benefits, customers have reported improved digestion and a reduction in appetite.

Out of the feedback we have received most far, the best results were attained when combining Apple Cider Tablets with Garcinia Cambogia. The Apple Cider will improve digestion and help to break down foods, and the Garcinia Cambogia helps to boost metabolism and prevent fat storage. Both of the two combined also help to reduce unwanted cravings.

How to take:

Apple Cider Tablets: 1 or 2 with lunch and 1 or 2 with dinner

Garcinia Cambogia: 1 with lunch and 2 with dinner
