As you can see from the above delicious smoothie bowls, they all differ in ingredients. Some contain more fruit toppings than smoothie base, and others are the opposite. We have tried many different variations and find that filling up a bowl 3/4 full of thick smoothie base works best, it enables you to add a nice assortment of your favourite fruits, superfoods, seeds and whatever else you decide to add on top.
