Healthy Grain Free Granola


  • 3 cups coconut flakes 
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 3 Tbs chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup of your favourite nuts. eg. chopped pecans, walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews
  • 1/2 cup pepitas (pumpkin seeds) 
  • 1/4 cup of raisins
  • 60g melted coconut oil or butter
  • 1 Tbs rice malt syrup (optional)
  • 1 Tbs cinnamon
  • 2 scoops LSA (linseed, sunflower, almonds)


  • Heat the oven to 120 degrees celcius.
  • Mix all of ingredients together in a large bowl, stir through LSA
  • Spread the mixture evenly over a large lined baking tray
  • Bake for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown
  • Remove the contents from oven, cool and stir through 
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge

We recommend consuming this delicious mixture with almond milk, you may add a small amount of greek yoghurt and or berries for taste. This meal does contain quite a few calories but is ok for breakfast as it will provide sustained release energy throughout the day.
