15 Fruits that Cleanse

Not all fruit is equal, each fruit has it's own unique health benefits, some contain higher antioxidants than others and higher or lower sugar than others.

For instance blueberries are packed with antioxidants and are much lower in sugar than say bananas. So if you were looking to eat an afternoon or evening snack then blueberries would be a good choice. This doesn't mean bananas are bad, they just should be eaten at a different time of day.

Bananas contain a high level of electrolytes, especially potassium, they are also high in sugar and fiber. Bananas are therefore the perfect post workout snack as they will prevent cramping and help with recovery. We recommend eating them post workout or in the morning, as eating them in the evening may give you too much excess sugar before bed time.

There are too many fruits to list them all, so apart from the 2 we have just spoken about, here are 15 fruits that cleanse the body: lemon, watermelon, blueberries, grapefruit, cranberries, figs, kiwi, papaya, cucumber, goji, pineapple and strawberries.

And yes we normally wouldn't consider cucumber and avocado as vegetables but they have been included in this below image as they can work as a good daily snack.
